As part of our efforts to support Malaysia's vaccination programme, TCE Baby® is initiating a campaign, together with Bugaboo® to encourage more mothers* to get themselves vaccinated, building a stronger immunity together to fight COVID-19.

THE ORGANISER

"Vaxx Drive by TCE Baby® & Bugaboo®" (“Campaign”) campaign is organized by TCE Baby® , The Concept Exhibition (M) Sdn Bhd, together with Bugaboo®, Bugaboo® International BV.

CAMPAIGN PRIZES
  1. Three (3) units of Bugaboo® Stardust worth RM1,259 each, total value RM3,777. Two (2) units of Bugaboo® Fox2 worth RM6,049 each, total value RM12,098. Grand total value of RM15,875
  2. Each winner is entitled to only ONE prize.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
  1. 20th August 2021 to 30th September 2021, 11.59pm
  2. All entries received after the closing date will be disqualified
  3. In the event of a delay, postpone, reschedule, Campaign extension or cancellation, The Organizer reserves the right to extend or terminate the Campaign period at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
QUALIFYING MECHANICS
  1. Register as a participant at
    www.tcebaby.com.my/VaxxDriveByTCEBabyBugaboo by completing the campaign form and submitting the campaign details accurately on this site.
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
  1. Mothers* must at least have ONE (1) vaccination completed, before or during the Campaign period. Vaccination details must be valid and confirmed.
  2. *Only applicable to expectant mothers during the campaign period OR
  3. *Mothers with newborns born between 1st October 2020 to 30th September 2021.
  4. Open to Malaysian citizens only.
  5. Participants with multiple entries will be disqualified entirely.
REDEMPTION
  1. Prize can only be redeemed personally at TCE Baby® Expo, 27th November 2021, Saturday at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, KL. We'll be in touch for the exact time nearer to the event.
  2. All winners will be interviewed during the prize redemption.
  3. Winners that are unable to fulfill the above, will forfeit their prizes. A new winner will be selected from the same pool of submissions.
CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. Prizes will be given based on ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS criteria and upon the verification process and The Organiser’s decisions will be final and no disputes, queries and/or appeals will be entertained.
  2. Each TCE Baby® member with verified details is entitled to ONE CHANCE to win ONE PRIZE from the Campaign.
  3. The submission cut-off date is on 30th September 2021, 11.59pm. Any submissions after said date and time, will be disqualified.
  4. The selection of the winners shall be final and they will be notified via an email from The Organiser within seven (7) working days from the last day of the Campaign. Winners will be required to respond to that email within 48 hours to confirm their prizes, otherwise the prizes will be considered forfeit.
  5. The Organiser’s prize/s is/are not transferable and/or exchangeable for cash.
  6. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to change and/or substitute the type and number of gifts at any time without prior notice.
  7. The decisions made by The Organiser is final and no appeals and related correspondences will be entertained
  8. Winners agree to be filmed and/or photographed and interviewed upon prize redemption
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any comment deemed inappropriate by the standards of the company.
  2. The Organiser shall be entitled to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the Prizes offered under this Campaign and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving adequate notice to Eligible Participants.
  3. No compensation in cash, refund, replacement or any kind shall be given to the Eligible Participants for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or an indirect result of such variation, deletion, addition or alteration of these Terms and Conditions and/or the extension, modification, cancellation, suspension or termination of this Campaign.
  4. By participating in this Campaign, all participants:-
    • Consent for The Organiser to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
    • Consent for The Organiser to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that The Organiser sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials.
