Pre-Expo Sales Terms:

Valid for collection ONLY between 17 APR 2025 - 20 APR 2025 (17 Apr 2025 - 20 Apr 2025: 11am - 8pm, 20 Apr 2025: 11am - 5pm).
To be collected from indicated booths of sellers at 54st TCE Baby Expo, Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Third Floor (3F), Mid Valley Megamall. (please refer to the Pre-Expo Sales order confirmation email for goods collection info before commencement of the event).
TCE Baby Expo reserves the right to revise, suspend or terminate any deal without prior notice. In the event that a purchase has already been made, TCE Baby Expo shall provide a full refund to the customer of the affected deal.
Should the item not be collected between 17 APR 2025 - 20 APR 20254 at the 54st TCE Baby Expo, the full retail price will be charged for collections.
STRICTLY No Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations allowed.
Not valid with other discounts and promotions unless stated otherwise.
In the event of any occurrence not foreseen under this Pre-Expo Sales Terms section, the decision of TCE Baby Expo shall be final.

How to collect:

Step 1 > Purchase your item using the "Add to Cart" button on this page
Step 2 > Visit 54th TCE Baby Expo: proceed to indicated booth of seller to collect your item
Step 3 > Collect Order: Login your account to view My Orders (To Collect), show seller your Order ID, receive and check the item are in satisfactory condition, click “Collect Order” to confirm the item collection
Step 4 > Enjoy Yhello Rewards: Remember to redeem Gift With Purchase and Cash Giveaway at Redemption Counter (Atrium)
