Pre-Expo Sale Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the TCE Baby Expo Pre-Expo Sale platform for collection at the 57th TCE Baby Expo x Kids. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Collection Period & Hours

All Pre-Expo Sale items must be collected strictly between 26 September 2025 and 28 September 2025, during the following time slots:
26 – 27 September 2025: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
28 September 2025: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2. Collection Location

Collection is to be made in person at the designated seller booth(s) located at: 57th TCE Baby Expo x Kids, MITEC, Kuala Lumpur
Customers must refer to the Pre-Expo Sale order confirmation email for specific booth details and instructions prior to attending the event.

3. Collection Procedure

Customers are required to log in to their account, access the “My Orders > To Collect” section, and present the relevant Order ID to the seller at the booth.
Upon verification, customers must confirm collection via their account by tapping “Collect Order”.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all items are received in satisfactory condition at the point of collection.

4. Failure to Collect

Any item not collected within the stipulated period will be deemed forfeited.
No extensions, substitutions, or alternate arrangements will be provided.

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Strictly no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted for Pre-Expo Sale orders once confirmed.
In the event of a deal being revised, suspended, or terminated by TCE Baby Expo after a successful purchase, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).

6. Promotional Exclusions

Pre-Expo Sale promotions are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers, or promotional campaigns, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Rights & Discretion

TCE Baby Expo reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any offer without prior notice; and
Make the final decision on any disputes or unforeseen circumstances not covered in these Terms.

How to Collect Your Pre-Order at the Expo

(Not applicable to digital products such as TCE Yhello Card, Gift Card & etc)

Step 1: Complete Your Purchase

Browse the Pre-Expo Sale page and add your desired items to cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase online.

Step 2: Visit the 57th TCE Baby Expo x Kids

Attend the event at MITEC, KL between 26 – 28 September 2025, and proceed to the seller’s indicated booth (as shown in your order confirmation email).

Step 3: Verify & Collect Your Order

Log in to your TCE account and go to “My Orders > To Collect”
Show your Order ID to the respective seller
Inspect the item to ensure it is in satisfactory condition
Click “Collect Order” in your account to confirm successful collection

Step 4: Redeem Your Yhello Rewards

Once you’ve collected your items, don’t forget to head to the Redemption Counter (Atrium) to claim your Gift With Purchase and participate in the Cashback.
